Some rules beforehand...
We’re delighted that you want to join the repair revolution. But before that we want to let you know the following:
Repair or Not to Repair
We can repair almost anything, so you’ll be able to select from our repair menu what work needs done to your product. We won’t be able to repair anything that has excessive delamination, where the lining material has separated from its layers, or GORE-TEX Footwear.
Repair price estimation
We try to guide you in choosing the right repair while registering your damaged GORE-TEX Product with us. The price that you will pay at the end of the registration is the best estimate. Once we receive and assess your damaged item this might change. In that case we will get in touch with you.
Prepare your GORE-TEX Gear for repair
Please make sure your GORE-TEX Gear is clean and dry before you send it for repair. It shows respect to the tailors and means your repair will be of the best quality without dirt to compromise it. We will need to charge an extra fee for washing if it arrives dirty. Simple instructions on how to do this at home can be found using this link.
Secure packaging
Package your GORE-TEX Gear securely in a mailer bag or box so it arrives safely with us. You can reuse packaging from previous purchases and we will try to reuse your packaging on the return shipping, if possible.
What if I have multiple items to send for repair?
If you have another item to repair, please submit a new repair request through the form, and include all of your items in the same shipment.
’’Long lasting products are better for our planet. Because the better you care for your gear, the longer its performance will last.’’
